The usage of ultrasonic cleaning and emulsification is a state of the art method. The principle is based on the cavitation effect being generated in liquid through 25-80KHZ ultrasonic vibration frequency per second.
The high frequency electrical energy is converted into high frequency mechanical energy by the transducers . The transducer vibrate longitudinally and transfer this mothion as a pressure wave to the solvent , causing the lilquid to cavitate the rapid formation and collapse of many minute bubbles in the cleaning liquid. These bubbles create a mechanical scrubbing action, thoroughly removing soluble and insoluble soils.
